These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of the Clementina program, operated by Taronjamini SL, with registered address at Calle Garcilaso 15B, 46003, Valencia (Spain), and contact email info@clementina.site.

By purchasing or using any Clementina plan, the user agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Provider Identification

2. Description of the Service

Clementina is an online Spanish learning program designed exclusively for beginner students, covering the full A1 level.

The program combines:

  • Access to an online learning platform.
  • Structured digital learning content.
  • Online group classes and/or private classes with teachers, depending on the selected plan.

The learning content progresses gradually from basic communication (e.g. greetings) to more complex structures, following Clementina’s proprietary pedagogical method.

3. Available Plans

Users may choose among different plans, which may include:

  • Platform access only.
  • Platform access plus group classes.
  • Platform access plus group classes and a defined number of private classes.

Class duration:

  • Group classes: 50 minutes
  • Private classes: 30 minutes

The exact features of each plan are described on the website at the time of purchase.

4. Eligibility

  • The service is available only to users aged 18 or older.
  • By contracting the service, the user confirms that all information provided is accurate and complete.

5. Language of the Service

  • The platform interface is currently available in English.
  • Customer support is offered in English and Spanish.
  • Classes are designed to teach Spanish. Teachers may use English when necessary to support comprehension or ensure proper class functioning.

6. Payment and Pricing

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated.
  • The user may choose between monthly or annual payment options, depending on the plan.

7. Trial Period

Clementina offers a 15-day trial period under a reduced entry payment.

During the trial period, the user may:

  • Access the learning platform.
  • Attend one private class.
  • Experience the methodology and service.

If the user decides to continue, the remaining balance of the selected plan will be charged, deducting the trial payment already made.
If the user decides not to continue, the trial payment will be fully refunded.

8. Subscriptions, Renewals and Cancellation

Monthly Plans

  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically.
  • The user may cancel at any time.
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges are applied after cancellation.

Annual Plans

  • Annual plans do not renew automatically.
  • Access expires automatically at the end of the annual period.
  • After the trial period, annual plans are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not generate refunds.

Cancellations must be requested by email to info@clementina.site with at least 10 days’ notice before the end of the active period.

9. Duration of Access

  • Platform access and all included classes are valid for one natural year from activation.
  • Any unused access or classes expire at the end of this period.

10. Classes: Booking and Cancellation

  • Students book classes through the platform by selecting from available teacher schedules.
  • Class availability depends on teacher schedules and demand.
  • If no suitable time slots are available, the student must contact Clementina to report the issue.

Class cancellation rules:

  • Classes may be cancelled up to 12 hours in advance.
  • Classes cancelled later, or not attended, are considered used.

Unused classes:

  • Are not refundable or transferable.
  • Expire at the end of the access period.

11. Personal and Non-Transferable Access

  • Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.
  • The use of multiple devices is allowed.
  • Simultaneous sessions are not permitted.
  • The service is optimized for desktop use.

Downloading, copying or redistributing any content is strictly prohibited.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, exercises, texts and structures within Clementina are the exclusive property of Taronjamini SL.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public communication or misuse of content is prohibited.

13. Support

Clementina provides unlimited human support related to:

  • Platform use
  • Learning process
  • Class booking and organization

Support is provided in English and Spanish.

14. Modifications to the Service

Clementina reserves the right to:

  • Update or reorganize content.
  • Improve or refine learning materials.
  • Adapt the platform based on pedagogical criteria and student performance analysis.

The core learning method will not be altered.

15. Service Interruptions

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Technical maintenance
  • Platform improvements
  • Force majeure

Interruptions caused by Clementina will be addressed responsibly and as quickly as possible.

16. Suspension or Termination

Clementina may suspend or terminate access in cases of:

  • Account sharing or misuse
  • Fraudulent behavior
  • Serious breach of these Terms & Conditions

17. Limitation of Liability

Clementina provides educational content and guidance but does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, as progress depends on individual engagement and practice.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish and European law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Spain, without prejudice to applicable consumer protection rights.

19. Acceptance

By purchasing or using Clementina, the user expressly confirms having read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
